Unlike a typical health insurance company, Friday asked their members what kind of benefits they would actually want. This led to new benefits like unlimited $0 mental health and primary care visits that we featured in our fourth annual campaign for the brand.
To round out the campaign, we created digital and OOH ads that point out the ironies of health insurance and its inability to provide basic benefits at affordable prices.
